DHFR- Dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) enzyme reduces dihydrofolate acid to tetrahydrate acid, folic acids reduced form.

DHFR is involved in- regulating the dihydrofolate receptor; converting folic acid to folate; metabolism of Histamine (extracellular histamine).

DHFR is needed for- bacteria; plasmodial; human cells; Inhibiting of dihydrofolate reductase.
